My Story
Why I joined Scentsy...
I joined Scentsy because I simply was in love with the products so why not start making money on the purchases I was going to make anyway and share my love of it all. I can’t put into words how I feel when a customer receives a product they love.
I also needed a job where I was my own boss and could work on my schedule. I’ve had back issues for years that got in the way of a lot of jobs but no matter what is going on I can literally work my Scentsy business from anywhere! I had back surgery a few years ago and was lying in my hospital bed working my business.
I still can’t believe how much my life has changed since first starting in 2017. I also have thyroid disease which is extremely unpredictable. Some days I’m great and other days I’m just in a complete fog, zero energy and just overall feeling like crap where I wouldn’t be able to hold down a job anywhere because I don’t have the energy to get out of my own way but with Scentsy, I can still help provide for my family no matter the situation, and not feel like a burden, while having the freedom to work from home. I love being home when my hubby gets back from work and being able to have supper together. Plus I love spending time with my fur babies.
It’s opened up opportunities and doors for me that I never thought possible. I just recently went on my first trip ever out of the province. Which is something I said I’d never do. Fly I mean, haha, but Scentsy has given me the confidence to face one of my biggest fears and now I’m planning my next trip. Plus I have earned a trip to Hawaii.
I get to do what I love plus experience all of this besides. Most days it feels like a dream. A dream I never want to wake up from. I Love my little Scentsy biz.
